Class 6, Coin Exercise Part 3

This Susan B. Anthony coin I created, in GIMP, was originally the U.S. silver dollar coin that I fabricated in Microsoft Word. I used the brush tool and highlight tool to change the color of the coin from silver to gold and I did my best to trace the face and stars on the coin. I also Added the "LIBERTY" AND "IN GOD WE TRUST TEXT". The date was changed too. At the very end of this coin's creation I used the the scale image tool to scale the image down.

This Susan B. Anthony coin, I created in Microsoft Word by altering the original version, which was a U.S. silver dollar coin. I used the basic shapes tool to add stars around the face and the basic shapes tool was also used to create the face of Susan B. Anthony. When I finished creating the coin, I grouped all of the layers together into one and from that I could scale the image down from the original silver dollar size.
